Service Description

Corporate Instruction is inclusive of various aspects of both body and mind wellness. Each class is designed according to the needs and level of the group, emphasizing stress management and relaxation techniques, Yoga asana practice, practical skill for mindfulness and conscious eating, and behavioural tips on how to maintain achievable goals. This Instruction adds value to personal employee wellness, enhances work place relationships, increases productivity and decreases missed work days due to illness.

Cancellation Policy

PRIVATE LESSON POLICY (Studio or Home) - Cancellations more than twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled session will receive full credit towards a future Private Lesson. - Cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full. WORKSHOP AND COURSE POLICY - Pre-payment in full is required at time of registration. - Refunds for cancellations are available up to fourteen (14) days prior to date of workshop, minus a 10% processing fee. - Credit is only given for cancellations at least seven (7) days prior to the workshop. - No refunds or credit are given less than seven (7) days prior to workshop. - If TLG Wellness Solutions cancels a workshop or course, a full credit or refund will be issued. - TLG Wellness Solutions reserves the right to amend this policy at its sole discretion.
