Service Description

Experience the ultimate path of subtle self-discovery with the ‘Back to You’ Program. Offered individually in-person or online as a group, this course spans a total of 45 hours over 10 weeks. Each week consists of: 1 x 2hour learning session, 1 x 90minute practice session, 1 x 60minute home practice video, weekly guided meditation audios, all with unlimited access for life. Format: Hand-outs, Video, Private or small group lessons. What you will learn: • Brief understanding of the “8 Limbs of Yoga” • Safety and Alignment of 50+ Yoga Asana • In-depth knowledge to approach and adapt yoga asanas to your specific body • Basic Anatomy and safe range of motion of major joints, bones and muscles • Established personal practice for home • Correct use of props • Topic Focused Weekly video classes • Daily meditation • Basics of pranayama in meditation and asana Ideal for both beginners and intermediate practitioners seeking to enhance their yoga journey without committing to a full teacher training program. Cancellation Policy

PRIVATE LESSON POLICY (Studio or Home) - Cancellations more than twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled session will receive full credit towards a future Private Lesson. - Cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full. WORKSHOP AND COURSE POLICY - Pre-payment in full is required at time of registration. - Refunds for cancellations are available up to fourteen (14) days prior to date of workshop, minus a 10% processing fee. - Credit is only given for cancellations at least seven (7) days prior to the workshop. - No refunds or credit are given less than seven (7) days prior to workshop. - If TLG Wellness Solutions cancels a workshop or course, a full credit or refund will be issued. - TLG Wellness Solutions reserves the right to amend this policy at its sole discretion.
